What we’re eating~January

With winter warmers firmly on our dinner table and lots of added veggies for a healthier  balance after Christmas, our January food so far has been yummy.  Each month I’m going to share with you, some of the meals that we will have eaten or plan to eat.  I will also endeavour to include a few snacks and desserts that we wish to eat as well.  My inspiration for meal planning comes from Pinterest, cookbooks and my own head.  I will also include a Pinterest board for that particular month and occasionally a recipe for some of the meals made.
