Maple and Banana Toddler Weaning Biscuits

A Christmas Twist on Baby and Toddler Banana Biscuits.

  • 1 Cup Plain Flour plus dusting
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat fan oven to 160 degrees celsius / 350 farenheit
  • Put all the dry ingrediants into a bowl
  • Add in the mashed banana, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla
  • Mix all the ingrediants together and bring to a dough
    If adding in the maple syrup then you may have to use 1-2 Tbsp extra of All Purpose Flour to bind the dough together.
  • Dust a surface with flour,roll to a 1/4 inch thick and cut out 12 -15 shapes (depending on size of cutters).
  • Pop onto a greaseproof sheet and into the oven for 15 minutes
  • Allow to cool thoroughly before consuming
