Slow cooker White Chocolate and Gingerbread Fudge

A deliciously easy slow cooker fudge. This fudge recipe is the essence of Christmas with its warming ginger sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams White Chocolate
  • 2 tsp tsp Ginnger spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large knob Butter
  • 1 tin Condensed milk (395g)
  • 1/4 cup Black treacle (Mollasses)
  • lotus biscoff biscuits optional

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 baking tray with baking paper and set aside
  2. Break your chocolate into small pieces
  3. Add all of the ingrediants with the chocolate pieces into the sow cooker/ crcokpot
  4. Put the slow cooker onto low and with the lid off, stir frequently until the chcolate has melted
  5. Continue to stir every 15 minutes
  6. After 2 1/2 hours, pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and level the mixture out
  7. Top with small shards of lotus biscoff biscuits (optional)
  8. Allow to cool and pop in the fridge for 2 hours to set
  9. Once set cut into 16 sqaures and keep at room temperature in an airtight container.
    If wrapped in clingfilm several times or baking paper and then popped into a frezzable conatiner it can be frozen for up to 3 months.
