Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 40 minutes
Servings: 16 servings
Course: Dessert, snacks, treats
Cuisine: American, British

Ingredients

  • 600 grams White chocolate
  • 395 g Tin of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 bags Cadbury Mini Eggs

Equipment

  • Slow cooker / Crockpot

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker and put the lid on and cook on low for 30 minutes. Make sure you put an alarm on to stir the fudge mixture every 10 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes remove the lid and continue to cook on low for a further hour. Do make sure you stir every 10 minutes.
  3. Place just one bag of eggs in a ziplock bag and bash the eggs into halves and pieces with a rolling pin
  4. Pour half the fudge mixture into a prepared lined square 8 inch baking tray
  5. Top with the broken mini eggs and then pour the remaining fudge mixture on top
  6. Then place the whole mini eggs onto the fuge mixture and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set. I often leave it overnight and come back to slicing it up the next day.
  7. Cut and enjoy!
