Living Arrows 46/53

45/ 53 Living Arrows

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

Our first week back went by fairly smoothly. Teddy had his first school trip to the library of which I helped out. It was really sweet to have an insight into how he is at school. I found out that he’s very keen on putting his hand up and answering as many questions as possible!

Daisy also had a choir event to commemorate the centenary for the 1st World War. We were proud that she took part in such an important remembrance event.

At the weekend we had a lovely Autumn day out with Dougie’s Auntie and Uncle who were visiting. The leaves were just spectacular and I managed to get a couple of Woodland shots of the kids.

On Sunday Dougie took the three of them to the local remembrance parade and I stayed at home with a teething Florence; we’re hoping that next year we will all be able to make it to the ceremony together as a family of 6.

It sounds like you have had a lovely week. Such fab autumnal pictures and it’s so nice to see everyone in their uniforms in the last one too. #LivingArrows
