12/ 52 Living Arrows

I’m really pleased to be keeping up with this years Living Arrows so far, and hope this continues, as it’s such a lovely way to document our family news.
Last week quite simply flew by. With not enough hours in the day to do anything! I went to a lovely Yorkshire Instagram event and took my trusty sidekick Florence with me. She was as good as gold on the day and like last time was a very popular attendee.
After the event on Wednesday the little two decided that listening was a bit dull and instead they have given us all the complete run around for the rest of the week. I’m left feeling a bit exhausted and hoping that a new week will be the cure for their infuriating behaviour.
Daisy has been working hard on keeping up with guitar practice and it’s really paying off. I’m recognising a lot of her tunes now.
Finlay is very excited about his impending 13th Birthday. He’s very excited to be having a loft bed and a desk for his room, so we will have a very excited boy on Tuesday. I still can’t quite believe we will have a teenager and if I’m honest I’m feeling slightly emotional about it all. Not unusual for me, as I often feel this way about the children’s growing up milestones!

The time really does seem to zoom past once you have children doesn’t it.
It does sound like a busy week! Our lives seem hectic enough with just two children so I can’t imagine how busy it is with four!! #LivingArrows

Hope he had a wonder birthday? Like the sound of the Instagram event. Mine have been the same this week not sure if it has something to do with the clocks changing?
I think the clocks do have quite an effect on them! He ended up having a whole week of celebrations! X
When people first tell you they grow up so quick you question it. Then it turns out it’s true. My girls seem to rapidly be growing. #LivingArrows
