Living Arrows 49~52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

•Gifted press trip mentioned

This week the Christmas craziness was starting to set in.  With a long to do list, it has been a pretty tiring week.  I’m sure that most households are also feeling the same way and craving to swap to do lists for enjoying Christmas instead.  I just hope that by being busy now, it means we get to relax over the holidays.

That said there have been some points were we have slowed down and enjoyed some time with the kids, stopped for a coffee and a refuel in between jobs  This weekend we have done a lot of tag teaming to get stuff done and spend some time and appreciate some time to talk to just one or two of them.  Florence loves a coffee stop and regularly asks for a babyccino when we’re out and about!

We did have a wonderful visit on Friday night to the  *Polar Express at Wensleydale Railway, we all threw ourselves into the experience by all dressing in pjs and singing very loudly.  It’s always good for the kids to see us being fun!  We ended the weekend with Teddy’s best friend’s forest party and decorated our beautiful tree which we collected from a local farm.

I am feeling the same, with a lot left to do. I have to focus on one thing at a time so tonight its finishing the last of the blog commitments, tomorrow to Wednesday it corporate and then from Friday onwards anything I have missed for the family Christmas! Lol I just can not do more than one thing at the time x
