Welcome back to another monthly meal planning post. I’m not sure that my meal plans went entirely to plan in June. I had picked lots of recipes with sun and Summer in mind and ended up having quite a few more comforting dishes with the cooler/wetter weather that we had for some of the month. That said the last few days with warmer weather the Summer food was back on! If you’re new to these posts then you will realise that I include some seasonal recipes that we will be trying this month. I also source recipe ideas from my own home cooked meal ideas, Pinterest pages, online cookery sites, cookbooks and other inspiration. I include a quick rundown of the dishes I will be making plus I include my monthly meal Pinterest board. I think this is one of my favourite monthly meal plans of the year.
