Living Arrows 10~52 Team Stein

10/ 52 Living Arrows

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

We had a busy start back to this last Winter half term with World Book Day and a few other school things thrown in. So it was really lovely to have an inset day on Friday and have a cheeky three day weekend. With the blustery weather and no fixed plans apart from swim and gym lessons, we really have managed to slow down at the end of the weekSisters sat on a bed smiling at each other

On inset day we spent the day at home baking, crafting and just chilling.

Over the weekend I spent more time with the big two and on Saturday took them into the city. I managed to switch off from my phone and camera and spent lots of time chatting to them. So I actually don’t have a photo of what we got up to!

Fortunately Dougie kept me updated on what him and the littles were doing and so he sent me a few lovely shots from the park. I love their little updates I get sent when I’m out the house. I can also sense just how much Dougie is loving his time with the babies as we refer to them.

Boy enjoying being at the playpark

I do quite like it when the schools arrange inset days like that, to sort of ease everyone back in after a holiday! Sounds like you all had a lovely long weekend. x #LivingArrows
