Living Arrows 29~52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

We made it to the end of term and what a hectic week it was with Birthday celebrations, a music&arts festival at Fin’s school and all amongst the countdown for me to try and get ahead and be a little organised in the home and work ready for the long holiday.

Teddy had a lovely Birthday although it was a little strange not seeing much of him as it was a school day. We plan to celebrate more at the end of the holidays with a joint Birthday party for him and little Florence.

My house is now very excited for the next six weeks of Summer and I have to admit I’m looking forward to some slow starts & trips away but I’m also slightly nervous that they all might lead me a merry dance and run me slightly ragged! I wish you all a Happy Summer and would love to hear what plans you have in store.

This photo sums up my cheeky rainbow loving Teddy.

I look forward to next weeks living arrows and hearing all bout it.

That balloon is amazing! It sounds like he had a great birthday and I agree, it’s so odd when children go to school on their birthday! x
