“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran
I hate to have a little whinge, as I’m sure no one really wants to hear my moanings. But I’m going to, as every week isn’t going to go by swimmingly! We have all taken it in turns to be out of sorts, meaning that 4 out of 5 school days I had one or two off at home with me. Not easy as on one of those days I was also unwell. With a clingy Florence who wasn’t keen on sleeping through again, it’s been a tougher than normal week. At least though we managed to improve on this by the end of the week, when we were all feeling much better. On Saturday, after swimming and gym, we took the kids for milkshakes whilst we had coffee, they were really well behaved in the cafe, so it felt like a parenting win.
Then a really very breezy walk to blow away the weeks germs and a play in the park. I’m glad we braved the winds as it made up for a week being cooped up.

Sometimes we have to brave the bad weather for the sake of our sanity. I’m glad your week ended on a high!
Thank you, same here! X
We have some pretty awful weeks and I only have two children to juggle. I think at times like these we all really need to focus on the good bits – love the photos! x
Oh no you poor things. I find it so tough juggling everything and we only have two! I am totally impressed with your parenting win, I live for those days when we will be able to sit and behave. Hope you are feeling better now xx
These are fab pictures – I hope you’re all feeling better now. We’ve all been ill for what feels like months and I’m so fed up of it now! #LivingArrows
Ahh what a lovely photo of them all. I hope you are all feeling better now? #LivingArrows
Yes we’ve had a clear germ free run 🤞 thank you x
