Living Arrows 43/53 Fuelled by Calpol and Caffeine

43/53 Living Arrows

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

I can’t jazz up my week, it’s been solo and really tough.  The results of a long term, temperatures, sore throats, a lack of sleep and children that are incapable of listening.  Then after all that challenging behaviour comes that mum guilt, but this week I have just had to be firm.  Being bad cop when you’re the only one here to parent can be relentless and make you feel like the fun police.  I’m looking forward to a few calmer days whilst the 3 of them are in school to refuel me ready for half term next week.  If you see me in the next few days I will be the one with the big eye bags and a few extra grey hairs!

I hope you’re a little more relaxed with the kids back at school. Solo parenting is tough! #LivingArrows
