I keep repeating myself on how quickly the weeks have passed, but this week amazed me on how quickly it whizzed by! The first few days of the week went in a blur and so on Friday, Flo and I had a slow day at home to catch our breath. I got around to making our Christmas cake, which has become a tradition that we make one for my Mum. This time I enlisted the help of Florence to make it, this proved interesting and a little messy. We got there in the end and as always she loved doing all the pouring and stirring!
We had a lovely evening at a local Christmas press event (*gifted) at Lotherton Hall. The kids and Teamstein Daddy skated as I’m not good on the ice. It was hilarious watching him round up all of them on the ice and he most definitely handled it all like a pro!

The ice skating looks fantastic – and everyone looks so happy!! I think the start of the year always feels so slow and then by this point it’s like it’s on fast forward or something! x
We made our cake recently and I have been feeding it ever since (maybe a little too much!). The ice skating sounds like fun thats our plan for next weekend. It will be Kipper’s first attempt! EEEEEKKKK!! xx
