Astro turf is also an option If you’re tired or unable to cut your grass, weed and generally maintain your garden but I would always look towards having grass as a first option. Grass is so much better for wildlife and nature and can bring you a lot of joy when stepping outside barefoot. However if grass isn’t working for you, then astro could be that swap which works well for you. It can be quite on the pricey side depending which one you get, but potentially worth the money for a low maintenance garden.
Install A Pool
Pretty much every child that didn’t have one has dreamt about having a pool when they get to adulthood. If you have the space and affordability then this could really make your garden look amazing! It may be best to seek advice from a pool professional to see if the space is adequate, check the filter/pumping aspects out and research your PH levels.
Get in touch with pool builders and installers, get quotes from a range of companies, and see what you find. Maybe consider all quotes as the cheapest option may not always be the wisest. Another point worth thinking about is whether your garden is safe. There are a few things to consider here. For instance, you might have a pool. If that’s the case, then it’s essential that you have a fence around the pool to protect your kids and pets. Particularly, if there’s no easy way in and out of it. This isn’t the only reason why you might need fencing up in your garden. You might be treating your grass. Some grass treatment is dangerous to both dogs and children. It can be hard to create an amazing garden if you’re not green-fingered. You can pick up water features in garden centre sales quite cheaply and they provide you with not only a lovely focal point to the garden but the sound of running water can be so calming on days where yu need to sit outside and soak up some nature time.
