Goodbye York
“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” I’m the latest I have ever been with writing my previous week’s news but think I have a good reason! I wanted to throw this goodbye to York photo on this post and document it on our living arrows. To be honest it’s a good thing I’m late in writing the post as I kept getting so emotional with all our goodbyes, so at least I can now type without crying!

After this picture was taken we left York and spent the night in a hotel near our new house. The move went smoothly and now we’re left with lots of unpacking chaos. Our home will be really lovely once we’ve had a bit more time to get organised. Our first day in the house we stepped away from the unpacking as we had a family reunion to attend. My family from Australia were over and so we all had a family reunion to attend which was lovely. Much more fun than moving boxes around!
We spent Sunday getting a little sorted for a brand new school week and the highest priority was putting up beds so everyone could have a good nights sleep after lots of unsettled late bedtimes.
I will be back very soon with an update from our busy first week in Devon!
