Living Arrows 31-52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

Well what a week we’ve had, settle in as I have a good few photos to share today. This first week of our road trip we knew would be full on and it certainly was fun, chaotic and challenging all rolled into one. Keeping up with a fast pace of early starts and late nights visiting family, friends and a few attractions along the way! Teddy asked months ago if we would be visiting London and Legoland soon and so he was overjoyed to visit both.

The rain in Legoland didn’t dampen our spirits as we made the most of a full day there.

We were also lucky enough to get a swim whilst in London thanks to their Auntie and this one of Teddy really makes me smile.

This photo of all four was taken on a lovely walk across St James Park, I’m always reminded of how lovely the parks are in the City.

When we were in Surrey we visited Polesden Lacey for the first time to tick some Southern NT places off our list. This swing photo captures the craziness of them all at one of their frazzled points of the day!

I’m now typing this from the Devon/Dorset border as we have taken our travels down to the South West for the next two weeks. This quick snap of Teddy and Flo eating snacks on the beach makes me hopeful for chilled happy beach days to come.
