A little late with my Living Arrows post this week due to slowing down on holiday in Devon. Last week saw us start the first part of our Devonshire adventures on the Dorset/Devon border. We’ve had a mix of weather, some sunny beach trips and then a couple of wilder days. We went into Lyme Regis on one of the wetter days and Teddy and Flo bought a Jellycat whale and enjoyed a trip to the harbour and even saw the lifeboat in action.
Finlay and Daisy pretty much spent the few days at the beach in the water the entire time either jumping off a bridge at Charmouth beach into the water below or kayaking on our friends’ kayaks. They would look blue but still keep going! 
We left the coast for a day and visited Axminster Wildlife Park, it was a really sweet park and the kids enjoyed the creepy crawly and reptile encounters a bit much for my liking! 
This week sees us move to South Devon for our final part of the holiday. Arriving a little later as we delayed it due to the weekend storms but we were pleased to arrive on Sunday to sunnier skies and to pitch up our tent for a few days in our favourite holiday location near Salcombe.
