Living Arrows 51/53 Sparkle and Shine!

51/ 53 Living Arrows

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”. Kahlil Gibran

Teddy and his Reception friends all really did sparkle and shine at the Nativity this year. Teddy was a narrator and wore the cutest pyjamas and nightcap for his role.  He sang his little heart out, and I have to say I’m sad that his current school only do the nativity in Reception.  I’m fortunate that he took part in two nursery nativities as a shepherd and Joseph, so that makes up for only having one school aged nativity.

This weekend we had Daisy’s Birthday party, ahead of her 10th Birthday on Christmas Eve.  She absolutely loved celebrating with her friends at Energi trampoline park and surprised us all by dancing on her chair in the party room!

We finished this busy week off with making eco friendly reindeer food an activity that was a surprising success and kept them busy for ages. We then took some of our food to sprinkle to local wildlife in our local woods. We had a captivating walk into the local woods as we managed to find the local hidden Christmas tree. It was one of the simplest yet magical sights  we have seen so far this Christmas.
