Spring has Arrived with Living Arrows 12/52 (2022)

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” Spring has arrived and this week we have been so fortunate to have such beautiful blue skies and some warmth. One of the most satisfying things this week was drying most of my washing on the line. You know you’re getting old when washing on the line excites you!

Spring has arrived - a girl drawing daffodils with oil pastels

I bought some daffodils this week and they’re so pretty. We celebrated Spring arriving on Sunday by drawing the daffodils with some oil pastels. It was very therapeutic and lovely to have some creative time with her.

We’ve done a few bigger dog walks this week, so we decided to stay at home and chill a bit more. The kids spent the morning doing their own thing on screens etc. Florence was really pleased that she made some LEGO thrones for her new King and Queen toy mice. She asked me to take a photo of her with them and put it on our blog.

Spring has arrived and we’re half way through the term t’s time now to look forward to the Easter holidays and warmer Spring outings.

Daffs and washing on the line make me just so happy. I absolutely love the spring – nearly as much as I love autumn! x
