An ordinary week with Living Arrows 41/52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”‘It has been a fairly ordinary week. We have just been busy working hard, studying hard and running around after our minions.

We had a very ordinary weekend mainly at home as they are showing signs of end of term tiredness, even though we have two weeks left to go.

On Sunday we decided to go for a walk locally just like we were doing back in the late spring/early summer months when we were only going out for walks that were on our doorstep.

an ordinary week where two children went for a walk and smiled next to teh falling leaves of a tree

I loved taking photos of them surrounded by the beautiful autumnal palette of the bracken and the gorse bushes covered in leaves that are just like natures confetti.

After looking at our photos from our walk and thinking of the baking we did this weekend it’s made me content that an ordinary week is sometimes very much needed to just enjoy each others company.
