End of the Summer Holidays with Living Arrows 36/52

Another quick living Arrows from me as I’m late again! I really am hopeful now that it’s the end of the Summer holidays that I will get back into my usual writing routine!

Last week we had another week of Teddy being unwell. It was only towards the middle of the week that we dared to take him out! It really has wiped him out and he hasn’t had half as much energy than he usually does. Thankfully after a lazy Saturday we managed to get out all together on Sunday.

I’m not sure if we will have Fin join us much more on family days out as his friends are becoming more popular than us oldies! I need to remind myself to take more photos of him when he’s with us. I’m pretty good at capturing all 4 but forget to get ones of him on his own.

Daisy has been very good company these past few weeks at home and it reminds me how much of a home bird she is. Although take her on an outing near the sea or water and she’s as happy as anything!

Florence is pretty much wild at the moment and I love that about her. She’s always half dressed, with her hair down and mostly smiling but is perfecting a mean frown when not getting her way!

Visiting Castle Howard for our last family day out was a really chilled way to end the holidays. We also wanted to visit before it closes for filming over the next month. I made the most of visiting the walled gardens to see them in late summer before the leaves start to fall.

Now we have reached the end of the summer holidays we will be spending this week getting back to school with all of them going over 3 midweek days this week.

Hope the return to school went well for them, such lovely photos. Castle Howard is still on my list for one day. They grow fast too fast, hopefully Fin will still come along with your adventures for a little while yet x
